THANK YOU FOR VISITING is the latest album by Toronto-based musician Jacob Crepeault aka Lightning Strikes Itself. This work ventures into more ambient territory than previous releases, taking influence from artists like Aphex Twin, William Basinski, Burial, Ryuichi Sakamoto, and Four Tet.

Each song's emotional core derives from a specific feeling or memory and attempts to encapsulate that moment with sound. Whether it be a recreation of childhood escapism or reminiscing on days spent with a loved one, THANK YOU FOR VISITING is a form of gratitude for those impactful moments that deserve to be immortalized.
